Hi, I'm Rochelle, your host

I have discovered a way to run multiple businesses and work in corporate companies (at the same time) and not get burnt out or struggle with menstrual symptoms each month. It wasn't always like that but, the secret is in the cycle.

I'm a Certified Nutrition Coach, Graphic Designer and major advocate for female health equity. The workplace is one of the largest area where women's health is heavily underserved. And a small shift in awareness could change everything.
